not flares but bell bottoms, these are on my wish list. they are around all over the show and a few celebs are thrashing them. katie is in a good pair but fails on the top half. my opinion if you are gonna wear them, wear them a little grungy. mary kate is the perfect style icon for this, all a bit dero and scruffy up top. they should be worn LONG..like actually touching the ground. i'm sorry but i just don't think they look hot flapping around your ankles like curtains???
