i'm kinda fussy when it comes to ruffles. personally i don't really want them up around my face and overly 'girly'? the perfect position comes to mind with these images, starting around the waist dropping to the ankle. size is something to consider too...i will be hard pressed to wear a small ruffle - these are nice and square in shape forming tiers to the floor. aahh perfection.
