oohhh i'm pretty much in love with this whole collection...look at those prints!!  I'm in total lust of the pants and have my eyes officially peeled for anything in floral or red.......

stumbled across these originally via outsapop, and first fell in love with the macrame.....and then i had a closer read and noticed the cotton is sourced from leftovers from the textile industry.  not only cool but amazing recycling right there!   Doesn't hurt to have some stunning photography thrown into the mix either does it?

american girls in paris in the 60's

wooaaahhhh it's not every day i see an international collection and am completely floored by how good it looks.  sometimes i dont bother even looking at a lot of them - talk about fashion overload!!  chris benz ss11 is an exception.  one glance (at one divine aquatic floral print wedge, see image 1) and i was searching as quick as possible for the rest of the collection.  i'm gob smacked. stunned.  stuck for words even.  all i can say is i love it all. wide leg pants, fantastic prints, tan, teal, yellow, orange, cute knits, killer shoes, basically everything i wish i could own right now.  did i mention killer shoes??? check out my personal fav in the first pic...they only retail for about $1000.00NZD (gape!!)

note:  he was inspired by 'american girls in paris in the 60's' ..oh how i want to be one of them!!

wow not often i get really excited over new kiwi jewellery designers but i just saw these beautiful images by alexandra dodds and couldn't stop looking.  something about the intricate molten like metalwork is more whimiscal than most knuckle dusters and a lot more feminine.  these beauties can be nabbed from alexandra owen.

i've been rocking a couple of new kowtow additions as the days are warming up. uggh they are just so super comfy its rediculous!!  personally i've thrashed my 'that dress'.....its a bit embarrassing to admit it but that dress went on the day after i got it, then went to the beach last week and then went out friday night to tiger translate - yeah and if your wondering... no it didnt get a wash in between because i couldn't  get it off long enough to chuck it in!  its just such a simple dress to wear - long deep v in the front, low under the arms and a shaped front hemline that is pretty easy to dress up.  cant wait to rock this with a floro boob cube underneath, that will be the next wear.

also personally loving my 'or skirt/top' - its way too warm to rock this as a long sleeve top yet but its been around town now as a skirt and while on the kowtow website its styled with the arms tied tied loosely around the front - i wore it high wasted tided tight with a knot at the back...gives the whole rear a bustle kind look / drapery which looks super cute with kicks or boots!  aboom

ive seen the new stuff coming out next year and cant wait for quite a few of their pieces.  check out their workroom sale happening 11th and 12th dec 10am - 4pm HUGE HUGE savings to be had.  its worth mentioning their print T's are killa too....got one for my boy and might have to get a few more.... spread the news....

magnet mad

wow this little ring has my heart all a flutter....its a magnet which you can 'custom' attach a little dinky key. personally i am LOVING the fact you dont have to use the 'key' and can instead use the magnet to attach anything.you.damn.well.want - so this little dinky ring could then become your dream accessory!!  

im even crushing on the sapphire bracelet, pinky wings and storage ring (which has a little compartment you can store things in!!)......

party pills are back

wow this so so simple design is pure genius! who would have thought one theme - the family pill (idea is that a pill now fixes everything NOT) and slap it on a silk scarf!  the large capsule pill is particularly effective because of how you then WEAR it....the colours come together to be something not as obvious but an amazing print!  i roolly roolly want one...
