cup of cake to eat with your skull spoon

ive seen plenty of self saucing, all in one, bake in a jiffy - chocolate mud cake/puds but this one has special appeal.  its in a mug, takes a few mins in a microwave, and because its single serve you get to hog the lot yourself.....or ...you could share.

you need:

4 tablespoons flour

4 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons cocoa

1 egg

3 tablespoons milk

3 tablespoons oil

3 tablespoons choc chips (optional)

splash vanilla extract

1 large coffee mug microwave safe

do it:  add dry ingredients to mug, mix well.  add egg, mix well. add milk and oil, mix. add choc chips and vanilla, stir.  microwave for 3mins at 1000 watts.  it rises over the top of the mug, but thats OK!!  cool, and tip out onto a plate.  add cream or icecream or custard or fruit or SOMETHING (???) and pig out and enjoy.

such a basic little recipe i see plenty of room for variations!!

spirit hoods spoiler!

boo.....ive been meaning to say something about these funky 'spirit hoods' for a while.  i went back to their page later and in my delay DAMMIT noticed they did a shoot with the winner of ANTM - the final which is due to screen HERE in stinky small NZ in 2 (yes TWO) days.  arrghhh i never peek ahead to see who wins and even though i guessed right, its still spoilt it for me.  spirit hoods temporarily took away my spirit but everyone should have one.  im swinging between these as my favourites for women...the last image is for LAUGHS..no man should be caught dead in a panda hat....

this victorian themed emporium is so clever.  its a modern take on victorian themed prints / booklets / pillowcases / gift card sets and even soaps.  the prints particularly rock my world...so quirky and fun..i just need a library or parlor to hang them in?

without sounding shallow i have some issues with miranda.  she is a GREAT swimsuit / victoria's secret model- adore, adore, adore.  but she doesn't pull of anything else very well at all.  check this (heh heh heh), naughty miranda school girl to marilyn manson..(???).....ahahaha gets me laughing/crying every time i watch it.  those naughty eyes aren't quite so naughty and that butt sticking out thing she always does looks a tad hoochy.  reeeoooowwww i'm so mean.  loves miranda we <3 you really xx
